As the FP&A manager, Don leads the financial and strategic planning at Bookbyte through a collaborative commercial team to drive sustainable financial growth and strategic progress. Don has over 17 years experience in FP&A and accounting and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Business Administration from Warner Pacific College.
Dean Sorensen is the founder of the IBP Collaborative, a consultancy that helps organizations integrate strategic, financial and operational planning and performance management processes as a means to manage complexity, reduce costs and drive profitable growth. He has deep experience with rolling forecasts, IBP, balanced scorecards, activity-based costing, and other FP&A processes and solutions.
