Hadrien is a Senior Manager of Global Demand Planning and Analytics in the Enterprise Strategy and Performance organization at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Hadrien started his career at Procter & Gamble as Category Demand Planning Analyst where he was exposed to a very mature S&OP process driven by demand planning. He stayed at P&G for the following 2 years as a financial analyst in various units of the company before joining Celgene where he established a Demand Planning department along with an S&OP process. Hadrien is now responsible for long term planning of BMS’s Established Brands portfolio. He holds a degree in International Hospitality Management from Lausanne Hospitality Business School and is CPF and CPIM certified.


Domenico is currently the UK Plant Director for Fedrigoni Group. He brings extensive experience in demand and supply roles across various industries in both the public and private sectors. Before his current role, he served as the Head of S&OP at Finning UK & Ireland, where he managed demand and supply activities and oversaw the overall S&OP process. Domenico has led the implementation of planning tools in multiple organizations, including SAP APO at Kellogg’s, BOARD’s S&OP tool at AstraZeneca, an in-house forecasting tool at LEGO, and Anaplan’s Demand and S&OP tool for a UK government entity. He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in Italy.
