Melissa works as Senior Demand Planning Manager at Visual Comfort & Co in Skokie, IL. Prior to this she worked at Georg Fischer Piping Systems in Irvine, CA where she established and managed the end-to-end Demand Management process for the Business Unit Americas. With a background in Business from UIC and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from Elmhurst University, Melissa is dedicated to driving process excellence and delivering results through S&OP integration.

Connor boasts a
diverse background covering logistics, distribution, supply chain management,
and analytics. During his 12-year tenure at FedEx, he refined his skills across
various roles such as sales, aircraft acquisition, and management, gaining
valuable experience in multiple operating companies. Additionally, he managed
all North American distribution and reverse logistics for a specialty shoe
manufacturer for two years. In his nearly three years at RCG, Connor has held
leadership positions in Shared Services and Global Supply Chain, focusing on
driving responsible business results. Currently, he leads a pioneering team at
RCG, tasked with aligning operational, strategic, and financial planning to
reduce waste through forecasting and communication. Connor's commitment to
continuous improvement is evident as he utilizes his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
and Quality Driven Management training to optimize responsibly.
Lucille Docter
Sr. Mgr. – Network Supply Chain Planning
UScellular

Lucille is a Senior Supply Chain Manager at UScellular where she oversees demand, supply, and inventory planning for network equipment company-wide, and is responsible for developing, designing, and implementing rigorous processes across different teams within UScellular. She brings over 15 years of experience across various Supply Chain disciplines in both large and small companies. Beginning her career in global supply chain, Lucille managed global import and export operations for Vital Materials Ltd before joining Menlo Worldwide Logistics (now XPO), where she held roles in warehousing, transportation, safety, compliance, lean, and continuous improvement. She holds a bachelor’s in Communications from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. Lucille's industry activities include speaking engagements at ASCM Connect 2022 on dynamic supply chain planning, presenting UScellular's network supply chain transformation, participating in a Symbios webinar on supply chain career and upskilling, and contributing to various publications and panels on supply chain trends and innovations.
Ronald Okenfuss
Director, Demand Planning

For more than 20 years, Ronald has specialized in supporting
executive leadership teams, assisting them in enhancing the effectiveness of
general managers, sales, marketing, and finance teams in collaboration with
demand planners and supply chains. He currently works as the Director of Demand
Planning for CHS where he is leading its transformation to a demand planning
organization. Prior to this, he held
roles at GSK and Ecolab where he specialized in executive and demand reviews. Additionally, Ronald has a strong background
in financial forecasting and demand planning, notably implementing integrated
financial forecasting linked to demand planning at GSK, ensuring cohesive
planning across international Pharma, Vaccine, and Consumer Healthcare sectors.
