Luca previously served as Vice President of Global Sourcing at Under Armour in Hong Kong, managing a $1 billion portfolio and achieving significant cost savings. He also held senior roles at Brooks Brothers in New York and Hugo Boss in Switzerland, where he led strategic initiatives to improve inventory management and supply chain performance. Luca holds a Master of Science in International Business from Verona University and has furthered his studies at Northwestern University and the Warsaw School of Economics.
